Responsibilities for Vice Deanship of Educational and academic Affairs:
1) Administering the implementation of the regulations of the study and examination decree in the college.
2) Supervising the units and committees of educational and academic affairs.
3) Managing the progress of the educational process with the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Schedule and Examination Committee.
4) Administering the final exams and formatting of the related committees in coordination with the academic departments, admission, and registration.
5) Supervising the admission and registration process and the requests for postponement and apology for the study, as well as the addition and deletion operations in accordance with the regulations and decisions.
6) Considering the complaints of faculty members and students, proposing appropriate solutions, following up on their implementation, and submitting to the dean accordingly.
7) Participation in the membership of the College's Advisory Board at the institutional and programmatic levels.
8) Supervising the activities of the college induction week.
9) Submitting periodic reports to the dean of the college on the progress of work in the units affiliated with the vice deanship according to the tasks assigned to it and the difficulties it faces.
10) Executing the duties assigned to her by the dean of the college.
