"Preparation skills for the labor market" Workshop
The Community Service Unit organized a workshop entitled "Preparation Skills for the Labor Market" on Monday 19- 3- 1443 AH, Targeted Delam Teaching Society (teachers - school leaders - employees - third secondary graders).
Submitted by Dr. Sahar Abdo El Sayed - Professor of Curriculum and Mathematics Methodology, and the Director of the College Scientific Research Unit with a view to developing participants' skills in connecting future skills and labor market requirements in 21st century, included the following axes:
1. Highlight the most important technical developments in 21st century in education.
2. Determine the initialization skills of the labor market.
3. Clarify the needs of the need for configuration skills for the labor market.
4. Explain the rankings of the initialization skills of the labor market.
5. Development of specialized skills required in the labor market.
The workshop included a rich interaction and participation through work papers, activities and exercises that affected the skills of participants on the labor market configuration skills, its modern fields as well as required in the labor market (alternative and renewable energy - artificial intelligence - virtual reality - enhanced reality - and analyzed) Internet Things - 3D Printing - Information Information / Networks - Social Innovation - E-Learning).
At the end of the workshop, the participants answered on the skills of conflict for the labor market, with the most important recommendations on their development and thank them for their Attendanse and participation.
