The Planning and Development Unit ends its activities with: "Computer Applications in Office Work" workshop
The College’s Planning and Development Unit ended its activities for the academic year 1443 AH with a training workshop targeting faculty members, employees and students entitled “Computer Applications in Office Work” on Thursday morning 26- 10- 1443 AH through the blackboard.
The workshop was prepared and presented by/ Mrs. Zahia Al-Enezi - Director of the Student Services Unit, and Mrs. Noura Al-Tamimi - Lecturer in Home Economics Department- and it aims to Identify computer applications in office work, and some of the skills needed to use them. Among the most important topics of the workshop:
-Explain the importance of using modern computer applications in completing office work.
-Introducing the concept of some computer programs, their types, and the areas of use of each type, in addition to displaying computer applications in the field of business and offices.
-Types of software and their uses.
-Awareness of the importance of the correct use of the computer during work or research in terms of duration and the correct session, as well as choosing good content and avoiding publishing what offends the state or offends public taste.
The workshop was attended by a number of employees and students who also expressed their great benefit from the rich topics included in the workshop.
