Administrative communication is the point of communication between the College and all departments of the University, as well as external entities, where it handles, preserves and guides incoming and outgoing transactions in a manner that is easily traceable, and conducts inquiries and responses to auditors' queries, thus contributing to the smooth functioning of the College.
Functions of the Unit:
- Conversion of paperwork into electronic services.
- Receiving all communications received by the College and transmitting them to all bodies concerned with the College.
- Receive all correspondence from the College and take all prompt measures to send it to the competent authorities inside and outside the College.
- Distribution of instructions and decisions to all bodies of the College, both automated and paper.
- Long-term commitment to the adoption of advanced and successful information and communication technologies.
- Polarizing distinct human capabilities.
