The college implements a training program entitled "Effective Teaching Strategies" in Education Office in Delam
The College, implemented by the Community Service Unit and the Educational Sciences Department with the Mathematics Section of the Education Office in Delam (Girls), a training program entitled “Effective Teaching Strategies” on Wednesday and Thursday, 4-5/5/1443 AH via )Zoom( platform.
It was presented by Dr. Sahar Abdo El-Sayed - Associate Professor of Curricula and Mathematics Methodology at the College of Education in Delam. The program targeted Mathematics teachers in the governorate’s schools at all Educational levels, which aims to develop Mathematics Teachers skills in the use of effective teaching strategies. The Doctor also addressed the following topics:
1. Defining the concept of Life Long Learning.
2. Clarify the objectives of Life Long Learning.
3. Appreciate the importance of Life Long Learning pillars in teaching strategies.
4. Defining the strategy skilfully.
5. Determine the difference between teaching strategy, method and style.
6. Clarify the concept of the teaching entrance accurately.
7. Determining the criteria for selecting teaching strategies.
8. Explanation of effective teaching strategies examples (Project-Based Mathematics Education - Problem-Based Mathematics Education - KWL Strategy – (SCAMPER) in Mathematics - Flipped Classroom Strategy).
9. Determining the roles in the processes and procedures carried out by the student and the teaching practices that support her from the teacher in those strategies.
10. The practical application of effective teaching strategies in the field of specialization.

At the end of the program, the participants' queries were answered about activating effective teaching strategies according to the nature of each educational stage.
