Vision:
Working on the quality of education with consultants from outside the college.
Mission:
Develop the College's programmes in line with the labour market, engage consultants, and build partnerships between the College, public institutions, the Government and the private sector.
Functions:
1. Develop a policy for the College at the direction of the University's public administration to ensure that vision, mission and objectives are achieved.
2. Monitoring the quality of education in the College's programmes with the help of consultants in government and public sectors.
3. Identifying problems in academic programs.
4. Developing appropriate solutions to address academic problems.
5. Developing future plans to open other routes or programmes commensurate with the labour market.
6. The profile of female graduates is commensurate with the labour market.
7. Propose mechanisms to provide support.
8. Propose new methods to improve the level of research, academic and management performance of the College.
9.Assisting in linking the college and its academic programs with the local community.
10. Suggesting mechanisms to increase the effectiveness of the extra-curricular activities in the college.
11. Make recommendations about the college's future plan.
